Nigerian skit maker Denilson Igwe has disclosed that his YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts were hacked in the week he departed from Mark Angel Comedy.

Igwe, who left the comedy group in 2019, revealed that since the hack, his social media pages have been stagnant, with no new subscribers or followers. He attributed the issue to being instructed to perform actions he did not understand.

Speaking on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Igwe stated, “They hacked my social media accounts the week I left Mark Angel Comedy. Since then, despite following instructions, the pages have not grown. Since 2019, they’ve remained exactly the same.”

Igwe, who was formerly part of the Mark Angel Comedy team alongside Emmanuella, had previously claimed he was the original founder of the comedy channel and accused Mark Angel of monetizing it without his permission.
