African governments, in partnership with the private sector, non-profit organizations, and civil society, are working together to improve health outcomes, enhance agricultural productivity, expand access to digital financial services, and empower women and other marginalized groups by providing greater economic opportunities.
The foundation involved in these initiatives is dedicated to helping all individuals lead healthy and productive lives.
“In developing countries, the focus is on improving health and providing opportunities for people to lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty. In the United States, the goal is to ensure that all people—especially those with limited resources—have access to the opportunities they need to succeed in school and life,” the foundation stated.
