Education Management and Policy Publishing (EMAPP), in collaboration with the Education Managers and Policy Researchers (EMAPR) University of Calabar, has scheduled to hold its First National Conference in the University of Calabar.
The conference is billed to take place at the International Conference Center of the University with the theme; ” Funding Architecture For Nigeria Educational System”.
In a statement signed and made available to journalists, by the Chairman of the local organizing committee, Prof. John Undie and the Secretary, Sunday Odaudu, indicates that a renowned academic, and former Director of Entrepreneurial Centre, University of Benin, Prof. Victor O. Igbineweka will be the keynote speaker.
This is even as the Chairman of ASUU, University of Calabar, Dr. John Edor and Mr. Paul Okpe of the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja will grace the event as guest Speakers.
The event is scheduled to commence from Saturday 1st to 4th of August 2023, by 10am prompt.
The conference which will display paper presentations, will have the
Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Obi as host while Prof Isaac Nwankwo of Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Asso. Professor Musa ldris Harbau of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria will serve as lead paper presenters.
Other side attractions expected from the conference will be the conferment of Leadership Achievement Award and Distinguished leadership and Policy Award of fellowship.
The University community and the general public, especially Captains of Industries , researchers, Political Class, Corporate Organization, Institutions of learning and Government bureaucrats, are by this notice invited to attend.
