With a poetic expression of love, the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Comrade Philip Shaibu has poured accollades on his wife to mark her 46th birthday.

At 46, your existence has been nothing short of positive impacts in everything you have been a part of. You have distinct and empowered yourself as a great woman of influence because of your demeanour and cheerful heart.
